The LMTA and ATA annual Call on Washington DC was held on March 26th to discuss priority legislation for the 119th Congress with our Louisiana delegates. Special thanks go out to Speaker Mike Johnson, Senator Bill Cassidy, and the Legislative Assistants of Senator John Kennedy, Majority Leader Steve Scalise, Representative Clay Higgins, Representative Cleo Fields, Representative Troy Carter, and Representative Julia Letlow. Renee Amar (LMTA Director) and Sean Garcia (ATA Director of Legislative Affairs) have been incredible partners for United Vision Logistics and other members of our state association to drive meaningful change for the trucking industry. #LMTAinDC
