This year’s theme, Extreme Ownership, reflects the mindset that defines our best-performing terminals—taking full responsibility for safety, performance, culture, and results. Our agenda balances recognition of terminal achievements with meaningful discussions around safety, the legal landscape, our technology roadmap, and time to connect and recharge together.

Wednesday was highlighted by our lunch guest speaker, retired Navy SEAL Carlos Mendez of Echelon Front. We enjoyed camaraderie while learning during these few days of enrichment!
